Birthday Love

Thirty years ago today, a beautiful light came into our lives.
 Funny, smart, inventive, creative, savvy, kind, 
thoughtful, independent, resourceful,
loving daughter:

After watching her video on the TED link, I can see just how well you know the landscape of your daughter's face. And you've caught a twinkle in Kate's eyes! So joyful. Aren't we lucky?
What are the dimensions of this piece? Is that actual denim in her jeans?. Oh I wish I could touch it. (I have a terrible reputation as a "hands on" person.) tee hee

The size of this whole piece (the photo is cropped) is about 12 "x15" and the jeans in the picture are cut from an old pair of Kate's jeans!
