Kristy has the right idea - when the weather is sweltering and the humidity unbearable, take it easy!
I'm finally learning that I can't crunch out artwork on a time schedule and that timed challenges don't work for me! From now on, I will call my challenges "series" and will finish them as my schedule allows! But I do want to finish this last one. I'm working on my 4th tablescape and hope to have it posted by later today!
Look at those sweet little white paws...now that's a cat!
ReplyDeleteI know, Judy... This isn't a photo... This is really a cat depicted in Fabric Art. You sly little person, you!
ReplyDeleteAlright, I'm teasing. I've never been good at crafts on a schedule. It stifles my creativity which, in my estimation, destroys the whole purpose. Take your time and have fun!
In August, I am going to host an ATC Swap. I will probably allow people to make 6 different images. Mostly because I get bored doing the same thing over and over again.
Oh happy day, KJ
Hi Judy!
ReplyDeleteShe indeed does have the right idea! Today has been pretty warm here too! I think I will settle down with something cool to drink and maybe watch a movie or two! Like Karen, I craft when the feeling hits me, which is often, and I usually cannot do the same thing to long! That just why I must pick up my knitting needles cause I need a real break from paper! :o) Have a good week my friend!
Smiles...
Beverly
