Something New!

Well, my blogging break has coincided with a bout of illness which I'm just now getting over. Stomach problems - 'nuff said!!!
The good news is that I've been keeping close to home and finally accomplished something I've been wanting to do for a long time - starting a new blog!!
I've decided to keep Fabric Art & Crafts true to its title, and my new blog, Paper Perks, devoted to the paper arts. So far, it is still a work in progress, but I'm pretty excited about it!
This paper cut is part of a picture I did a while back, called Nature Filled.
I'll be posting a new fabric piece soon, and I invite you to take a second to pop over to see my new site!

  3. Oooo, I'm excited by your expansion here. Love the image! It reminds me of a screen saver that I have that grows vines and branches over my desktop. Very cool! I love nature...anyway.

All of the changes in my life have knocked me out of my normal routine. I will tell you, it hasn't been easy getting back on a moving vehicle! You mentioned that FB was my main networking tool now. Well, yes and no. It is the easiest place for me to stay in touch. I have a half dozen other tools that haven't been used at all. I am trying to pare down to what really gets the job done.

I still love my blog. Traffic has been low because I haven't been making as many rounds—something I really miss. Now, with summer vacation, I should be able to get myself back on the path.

It's good to see what you are up to. I will be visiting your Paper Perks.

    Love, KJ

  4. Now I found you! I got your comment on my blog and wanted to email but didn't see an address.

Love both blogs, especially the paper crafting one. That is of great interest to me as it is something that I don't easily do! Stop by and say hello if you can.

I do mark the items on my blog sold once I do sell them so thanks for asking.
