The process is doing many things for me, aside from creating more physical space. I feel like I'm making room for new ideas and new insights. This lightening of my load feels very liberating and, although it has been hard work, I'm so glad I decided to do it. I still have much to do, but this photo shows a sunny, tranquil spot which welcomes me every morning and inspires me to think creatively.
I'll post about the project on the table very soon!!
Hope everyone is having a great week!
Judy
Oh I really MUST do something about my work space it's so cluttered! It makes me retreat to a sunny place to work but I can't escape it forever! Your's looks so ordered and tidy now.

Judy-Good for you. I imagine you must be feeling happier everytime you look at your space.
ReplyDeleteNot sure if I told you but I de-stashed and de-supplied several months ago. I don't miss anything and it was rather a liberating feeling:)
This work space definitely looks inviting! I'm intrigued by the sneak peek of your project. Don't keep us in suspense for too long, please!
ReplyDeleteHey Judy! the project on the table looks kinda sorta like a "penny rug." Can't wait to see the finished piece! j
ReplyDeletewhat courage and determination you have shown! and it looks like it's paid off. can't wait to hear about the project...
ReplyDeleteworking with what i packed up in june, and being away from my studio has required me to be more focused and flexible in my work up here in vt. it is a bit liberating, but i do miss some of my "stuff". perhaps a streamlining in september will be part of my transition...
Your work area looks great, and very inviting! This is inspiring. I've been picking at reorganizing a little at a time.
