While my sister was visiting me yesterday and today she took me through her Pilates routine. Dovey had fun watching from my daughter's sewing table above the two of us, her head moving from me to her much like a spectator at a tennis match. She also needed to advise me on keeping my back straight and my rear in line while holding the plank pose. Walking down my spine actually felt really good. She herself does an excellent downward dog, by the way.
