Yellow All Around

It all started yesterday, when our temperature reached an unseasonable 85 degrees. I looked out from our porch and saw that our hedge of forsythias had suddenly bloomed - and I mean suddenly!


These are the bushes below the porch windows.


In the front yard, the daffodils are about to pop!


At the fabric store, the yellow fabrics called out to me,


And the pansies in front of the supermarket were lovely!



In the florist section, yellow flowers were everywhere,


And some even found their way home with me!


Even the bananas were sunny looking,


And the lemons seemed especially golden!


Maybe the sunshine affected my brain, but the whole day seemed particularly brilliant!

    Wow! Your forsythia bushes are truly amazing! We are experiencing the same
    unseasonably warm (actually hot) weather and our flowers are a month early this year! Enjoy!

    Lucky you...the forsythia brings back memories for me...I don't have any at the moment.

    I am in a yellow mood too and those images are gorgeous.

    Autumn is well under way here and the trees are changing with the temperature.

    Love your focusing on a single color, Judy. And could there possibly be a better hue than yellow for this time of year?!

    I bought bunches of Daffodils at the supermarket yesterday and today their radiance and perfume fill my kitchen. They reminded me of you.
