Nature's Persistence
In spite of today's blustery, cold weather...
the day lilies are pushing through the soil,
the forsythia are just beginning to bud,
and the daffodils seem eager to unfurl their beautiful blooms.
We are in the very beginning stages of Spring in New England,
but even Angus is reveling at the thoughts of things to come!
With his big paws, he is like an awkward teenager, just growing into his adult body.
Everyone is looking forward to Spring weather!
HOPE YOU'RE HAVING A WONDERFUL DAY!!
Slow to come, but am encouraged by seeing your photo's!
ReplyDeleteIn the Atlanta area cherry trees are in full bloom. My favorite time of the year!
ReplyDeleteHi Judy!!
ReplyDeleteThank you a lot, again, for the "Joy parcel" you sent me!!! It's wonderful!
...I'm waiting for Spring, too...this year it seems so lazy to arrive!!
Take care,
Laura
That's a happy cat! All feet and paws:)
ReplyDeleteSpring is relentless in a great way isn't it? All the oak trees here are budding and the poppies and other wildflowers have sprouted. Very California:)
Love all these signs of new life. They're so inspiring and rejuvenating. Obviously sweet Angus feels it too! xx
