"Sunny days
sweeping the clouds away
on my way to where the air is sweet...
Can you tell me how to get,
how to get to Sesame Street?"

Funny how, nearly thirty years after my daughter was a little one, the songs from Sesame Street still reverberate within me - this one on a sunny day, and the Rainy Day song in wet weather! I used to find myself humming them on my way to my part-time job!
We have been having some very lovely sunny days here in New England, and everyone is enjoying the milder weather! I pulled out this older paper cutting to celebrate the hope of Spring which is working its way into my bones! Great things are on the horizon!!!

Hi Judy, Your paper cutting really feels like spring! It's sunny here in Conn., too! Feels as though winter is over! Am heading back to Maine on the weekend when I think we will be in a rainy pattern.
Hello Dear Judy!
I am so sorry it has been a while since my last visit, but know that I am always thinking of you my friend. My new shop is keeping me quite busy these days, I guess that is a good thing most days.:o)
I smiled when you spoke of the Sesame Street songs, I too still hum those little songs my self.:o)
The paper cutting is beautiful and speaks spring all over. As I have always said, your art is amazing.:o) I promise not to stay away so long and think I am getting a little better handle on the things around my little studio.:o)
Enjoy a most beautiful weekend.
Smiles...
Beverly
That's funny... the childhood ditty that reverbitates in me is...
...down on fraggle rock... but I never remember much more than that!
Glad the sun is showing there!
This post is just what I needed on a cold Northern Nevada morning in March. :-)
