Frustrated!!

Honestly, I have been working on some projects and organizing my "stuff" (sewing, art and craft related), but I cannot seem to complete anything! It doesn't help that I've had a cold, feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone during this snowless winter, and feel a bit weighted down by obligations at the moment! This too shall pass, but meanwhile I'm calling a halt to my self-imposed Art Every Day for February! What was I thinking?

That said, I really meant what I wrote in my last post about loving fabric art, but right now I seem to have brain freeze! Hope to have something new to share soon!

Hope everyone is enjoying a wonderful week!

Aw, we all have these times Judy. In our creative and non-creative lives (ie., running on a regular schedule, or sticking to a healthy eating plan) but they all pass. Just be gentle with yourself in the meantime and it WILL pass. Big hugs. xxxx

Well, now that you've removed that pressure, I'm sure you'll be creating up a storm ;). Sending healing vibe ~~~ for a quick recovery from your cold.
Stay inspired!

While others rave about this mild winter, my mammal self says, "This just isn't right". Truthfully, I have felt a bit out of sorts for weeks. It really is the oddest, strangest season in ages. I am haunted by a sense of foreboding...

I am working each day simply to find balance.

You are not alone, Judy, in this off kilter distractedness. If that's any comfort. ;-)

This happens to me all the time. I do wish you had some snow...the bright light of a snowy day can illuminate the mind..

Judy,
I feel what you've described in my heart as well. I think I've been holding my breath for a long while now and have grown literally afraid to breath deeply.
Know this, though. You are surrounded by love and the healing energies of your friends. It is thinking on this thought myself which keeps me putting one foot in front of the other.

Take some time out for yourself Judy! A little bit of self love and nurturing wouldn't go amiss right now! I am sure your creativity will flow once you are feeling better again. x

Hi Judy,
Hope your cold goes away quickly!
I feel quite a bit like you do and am wondering where is our winter, I do miss the snow though it has been pleasant weather it definitely feels as though we are missing a season!

I never expected such a rush of concern when I posted my little rant! This is why I love blogging. Thank you, dear friends.
