making art with fabric, paper and stitch
hasn't been too bad at all... thanks very much for that Judy!!!
Clever drawing!Reminds me of dresses my mum used to make for us when we were small. For some reason it brought to mind smocking and intricate detailing on party frocks!Gwen xx
Your little children are always so sweet!Halfway there on you AEDM efforts:)
Judy, you've been up to such wonderful things this AEDM! It's so inspiring to stop by your blog.Your sketch is lovely!! (as is everything you do!!).
Judy, your work radiates happiness. We can't help but feel it too.Thank you.
A lovely wee girl. She reminds me of you as a wee lassie Judy!!! x
she is charming.
Thanks so much Claudine, Tracey, Libby and Cyndee. Gwen, I love old fashioned looking girls' dresses, especially with smocking! Anne, really good to hear from you! Sharon, I'm glad my work brings a smile! And Simone, wish I did look like that as a wee lassie! Thank you all!! :)
How I wish I could draw this well! She is so darling. Reminds me of the Betsy, Tacy, and Tib books. Did you read those as a child? I was such an addict! They are still in print! My daughter loved them, too, but somehow, granddaughter doesn't; she is too into fantasy, like the Harry Potters.
